At Ebony Rae Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each product is handcrafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. Please review our returns and refunds policy below:

Returns

  • Due to the nature of our handmade products (candles, essential oils, custom tumblers, and personalized items), all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

  • If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at ebonyraecollective@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and packaging.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if the wrong product was shipped or if we are unable to fulfill your order.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method once approved.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom or personalized items (such as custom-designed tumblers or engraved products) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a mistake on our part.
