Custom orders (such as personalized tumblers) may require additional processing time. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

We offer standard shipping (5–10 business days) via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Local Pickup

Local customers can select “Local Pickup” at checkout to avoid shipping fees. Pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Ebony Rae Collective is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
